The ImageAutomator Classic provides hands-off robotic disc handling in disc production systems. This ready-to-run system is suitable for both on-demand custom disc production and traditional disc duplication operations. The open architecture and modular design let you easily expand and reconfigure the system to suit your changing production needs.

High Quality with Fast Throughput
ImageAutomator® sytems are rugged and reliable. They're made for continuous, round-the-clock operation. The only tasks for the operator besides starting duplication jobs are loading fresh blank discs and removing finished ones. All scheduling for multiple jobs is taken care of by the system software.

Choose Your Package
You have the choice of starting with the standard ImageAutomator Classic or the enhanced ImageAutomator Classic Plus package, which includes a more powerful computer system, increased job throughput and adds extra disc writers. In either case, Microtech's staff works with you to provide the exact components you need to match your production requirements.

Modular and Scalable
With its modular design based on 12 stations around a central tower, ImageAutomator is easily scaled and configured to match your exact production needs. You can add modules, such as extra input and output spindles, printers and drives, and move them to suit your requirements. As new optical disc technology arrives, you can easily include it in your production system.

Integrated Printing
With ImageAutomator, disc printing isn't an after thought; it's a fully integrated part of the disc production process. There are several printers—both inkjet and thermal—from which to choose. The variety of printers provides professional printing capability on practically any disc surface in single-color or full color.

Production Options Available
You can add card disc capability to handling the new small size "business card" CDs, allowing these discs to be printed as well as recorded.

With the ImageAligner® option, you can imprint text or PDF graphics on pre-printed discs. By printing custom text over high-quality silk-screened or offset-printed discs, the result is great-looking discs every time at reasonable cost.

Copy Protection for Your Valuable Data
ImageAutomator's duplication software lets you apply copy protection to the discs you create. This prevents unauthorized reproduction of your valuable property and limits access to your products.

Serializing Your Disc Copies
Each disc copied on the ImageAutomator can be serialized with unique identifiers, both embedded in the data on the disc and printed on the disc.

Batch Disc-to-Disc Copying
The optional BatchDisc^TM utility lets you stack sets of masters and blank discs, and then specify information for each duplication job in the stack. When you say "Go", all copies in the batch are made automatically, with no need for an operator to load each master into a reader.

Supported Disc Formats
All CD and DVD formats in current usage are supported when duplicating discs. Most of these formats are supported when making custom (on-demand) discs. Contact OneOff Media for a complete list.

Warranty, Service, & Technical Support
All ImageAutomator Classic hardware is warranted for one-year. Unaltered defective hardware will be repaired or replaced.
