4. SHIPMENT OF ORDER MATERIALS

Prior to shipping (or e-mailing) us your elements for your order, please assure that everything has been done to the correct specifications. Click Here for Our Specification Sheets.

When preparing your input for shipment, please contact your Sales Representative to clarify any questions you may have regarding the following:

· Please label your film positive, emulsion side up with a separate film for each color. Send in a protective shipping container to avoid scratching or folding each film. If supplying camera ready art, extra time/charges may apply. Send artwork, film or computer image in ahead of time, preferably a week or more. We will gladly provide you with specific information for disc printing. Don't be afraid to ask questions or put your graphics person directly in touch with our personnel. If you plan on doing three, four or five color printing on your disc, extra time might be necessary.

· Carefully review the master specs for the medium you will use to send your data to us, and ensure you have met all of the requirements.

· Please use media of good quality for all masters. Ensure that written data has been verified for possible errors.

· Printed Packaging Materials: It is suggested that your customer part number/Inventory control number be printed on Booklets, Inlay Cards & Boxes; (include 10% extra).

· All customer supplied materials must be accompanied by a packing list that includes the following information: Customer name, job title, customer part number/inventory control number, description of the contents, quantity of each item, total number of cartons shipped, vendor name and Sales Representative.

· Be sure that any printed material that will be packaged with your job arrives ahead of time. Often Times, we may not schedule your order for until all ancillary materials have been received. We can refer you to printers that are dependable and experienced. Always allow a 10% to 15% overage when furnishing print.
