Thank you for placing your CD printing order with One Stop CD Shop. Because of our commitment to providing the highest quality products and services, we want to make sure you are aware of the following issues that can affect the quality of your finished product.

Client Supplied Film

One Stop CD Shop. encourages its clients to provide label films for all CD printing jobs. Please review the following guidelines for label films provided by our clients:

• Films must meet all of the specifications provided by One Stop CD Shop.
• A match print must be provided. If Pantone colors are being used, a laser color print will be acceptable.
• Colors must be marked on label films.

Be aware that the silver/gold surface of the disc will affect the final colors as much as half a shade in some cases. To alleviate these color shifts, OneOff Inc. recommends using a white undercoat for all CD printing orders.

Non-client Supplied Film

As a service to its clients, One Stop CD Shop. can handle the production of films and match print produced from the client supplied files.

• Artwork provided must meet guidelines provided by OneOff Inc.
• A match print must be produced and signed by the client before the job can be produced, unless Pantone colors are being used. If Pantone colors are used, a laser color proof will be acceptable.

One Stop CD Shop. accepts no responsibility for printing errors due to customer files, film output , or screen printing issues. In the event that there are printing problems, and all of the above guidelines have been met, One Stop CD Shop. will work to resolve any issue in a timely and cost-effective manner.
