How to prepare files for Short Run CD Duplication (Color Labels)

Preferred File Format: Adobe Illustrator or EPS compatible with Adobe Illustrator (Mac or PC), with fonts converted to outlines.
Other Acceptable File Formats: Quark Express (Mac Only), PageMaker (Mac & PC), Photoshop (PC Only), BMP, TIFF, JPG.
If your artwork is in any other format other than those mentioned above, contact us prior to sending us any artwork.
Fonts: If fonts are not converted to outlines or embedded in the file they must be sent with the artwork. Set resolution between 300-600 DPI.
Include: Any applicable fonts (see above). Any linked graphics files if they are not embedded.
Bleeding: If edge to edge printing is desired, please prepare your artwork with bleeds. If we are printing CD Labels for you DO NOT knock out the stacking ring or the hole in the middle and be sure to add the bleed past the edge for edge to edge printing.
NOTE: Failure to follow these instructions may result in delay and/or additional charges. Artwork modifications done by OneOff, Inc. will be billed to the customer at a rate of $65.00/hr., with a 1/2 minimum. A proof of any changes will be sent to the customer via e-mail, fax or other means for approval. Approval must be received in writing or via e-mail in order for the job to continue.
